This BSBOPS502 Manage Business Operational Plans course provides the skills and knowledge required to develop and monitor the implementation of operational plans to support efficient and effective workplace practices and organisational productivity and profitability.

About the course

This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to develop and monitor the implementation of operational plans to support efficient and effective workplace practices and organisational productivity and profitability.

This is a Core unit of the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management and the AVI50119 Diploma of Aviation (Aviation Management). 

Upon successful completion of this unit, including all assessments, participants will receive a statement of attainment for:

BSBOPS502 Manage business operational plans

Participants will develop the necessary skills to:

  • Establish an operational plan
  • Manage resource acquisition, and
  • Monitor and review operational performance

Individuals who manage the work of others and operate within the parameters of a broader strategic and/or business plans.
