This will include the requirements for training and retaining an Air Operators’ Certificate and for aircraft maintenance providers. This course would be most beneficial to lawyers specialising in aviation and airline operations.

Aviation Law for Airline Managers has been written by senior airline safety, operational and legal professionals and will address all the international and local regulatory issues relating to Airline operations. This will include the requirements for training and retaining an Air Operators’ Certificate and for aircraft maintenance providers. This course would be most beneficial to lawyers specialising in aviation and airline operations.

Ronald Bartsch BA (Syd), BSc (Syd), LLB (UNSW), LLM (UTS), Dip Ed (Syd) Ron Bartsch will be the facilitator for this course. Mr Bartsch was Head of Safety and Regulatory Compliance with Qantas Airways and a Senior CASA Manager. Currently the Managing Director of AvLaw Pty Ltd an International Aviation Consultancy firm. For the past 16 years he has been a Senior Visiting Fellow with the School of Aviation at the University of New South Wales and author and coordinator of several postgraduate programs in aviation safety and accident prevention, aviation law and business law and technology. Ron is a world recognised specialist in aviation law and author of International Aviation Law: A Practical Guide (2012).
Each of the courses participants will receive a comprehensive course Manual, a copy of International Aviation Law: A Practical Guide Bartsch R, Ashgate Publishing (UK) 2012 and pre-course reading guide.
