Prior to this course I was feeling challenged by the self directed study I had undertaken. I was navigating the information for the development of QMS to SMS and the process seemed daunting. After 5 days on the Southpac SMS course with Matt McKay I can honestly say that my doubts have gone. The information gaps have been filled. The boys covered everything and took the time with absolute conviction to explain the why’s and how’s.
